Join Sara Gallmann, one of our regular instructors, for a deeply immersive and meditative sound experience. With a passion for health and wellness, Sara has been teaching yoga and coaching holistic fitness programs in the northern NJ area for over 30 years. Blending her Music Degree with the Healing Arts, Sara facilitates Healing Sound Ceremony with her Gong, Himalayan Singing Bowls, Native Flute, Drum and various other instruments. Sara is the creator and director of The Essential Journey, a 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training, Yoga Alliance registered school, and Yoga Retreats.
Surrender to the healing vibrations of the Gong accompanied by the sacred sounds of Singing Bowls, Native Flute, Drum, Rattle and more.The sound will penetrate every cell and fiber of your being. It has the capacity to bring you to a place where profound healing can happen. By putting pressure on the nervous system it begins to adjust and heal. The mind has no defense from the vibration, the mind gives up it’s grip that holds onto fears and past traumas. The sound will release you, awaken the intuition and send you to ride the infinite in spontaneous meditation, to experience awareness of all the energy centers, connecting with prana and regenerating the nervous system.
Yoga for Osteoporosis

Led by Julia Hough, a guest instructor. Julia completed yoga therapy training through Integrative Yoga Therapy and Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy, and is certified through the International Association of Yoga Therapists. She has additional training in restorative yoga, yoga for osteoporosis, reiki, herbal medicine, and yoga for heart health. From 2009 to 2013, Julia taught a 200-hour yoga teacher training as an affiliate of Integrative Yoga Therapy, and for the past six years she has offered trainings for yoga teachers in chair yoga, mudras, and provides private consults for yoga teachers. Julia is an ambassador for Accessible Yoga, an organization that strives to make Yoga available to all.
In this workshop you will learn exercises and yoga postures that serve to enhance new bone growth, in addition to strengthening muscles to support bone structure. Julia draws from her 40-hour training, Yoga for Osteoporosis (taught by Loren Fishman and Ellen Saltonstall) as well as the Meek Method for treating osteoporosis.
Learn what should be avoided if you have osteoporosis, but best of all, learn what will strengthen you overall so that the diagnosis does not dampen your mood or impinge upon your life
Intimacy and Relationships for Women

This workshop is for women 18+ who are interested in empowering themselves to have more harmonious relationships and better sex.
Jennifer Hodgson developed this workshop based on her book "Sex and Intimacy for Women". Jennifer is a holistic RN and alternative practitioner. She is certified in acupressure, life coaching, EFT and clinical aromatherapy. She is also a Reiki master. She is passionate about coaching and guiding people to maintain or regain optimal health and wellness. By balancing your body mind and spirit you can truly obtain the harmony you are seeking.
Jennifer wrote "Sex and Intimacy for Women" to empower women all over the world to take control of their sex lives and relationships. Sex is not something to be embarrassed about. Sex is a tool to bring pleasure, health and enjoyment. She will discuss a woman’s role in and out of the bedroom.
Jennifer is working on a follow up book for men, "Sex and Intimacy for Men", coming out the end of 2019
Energetics of Yin and Yoga Nidra

Join Hugo Sanchez, one of our resident instructors in this wonderfully calming practice and learn to improve relaxation and sleep. Hugo is a RYT instructor with almost 1000 hours of experience. He began his Yoga journey in 2001 with celebrity Yoga and Pilates instructor Kristin McGee. His integrated approach to yoga brings a simple yet uniquely transformative, heartfelt, and empowering perspective to the individuals he works with, and to the yoga community. Hugo is passionate about realizing that at the core, we are fundamentally awake. By practicing Yoga, we connect with our natural state and relax to the freshness of the present moment.
We will discuss the energetics of Yin Yoga, followed by a Yin sequence of postures. Yin Yoga is a quieter, more meditative and introspective practice in which postures are held for 2-5 minutes. Holding postures allows us to observe the body's sensations and create a profound connection with the inner workings of the body. Yin benefits the deeper tissues of the body, such as fascia, ligaments, tendons, joints, and bones. This slow-paced practice improves joint flexibility and blood circulation, while helping to calm the parasympathetic nervous system (our rest-and-digest response).
Once the Yin portion is completed, you lay back and Hugo will do all the work. You will experience Satyananda Nidra, and Journey Nidra, both deeply healing and relaxing practices. Yoga Nidra is an effective technique for deep relaxation that makes it possible to fully relax physically, mentally and emotionally. Thus stress can be released, and energetic blockages be broken. The inner consciousness remains clear and awake. A half-hour of Yoga Nidra is equivalent to 2 to 3 hours of deep sleep. In addition, it can contribute to the healing process in certain health problems such as sleep disorders, chronic pain, burnout and migraine.
If you are tired and craving energy, or if you're over-stimulated and have too much energy, perhaps your mind is overactive or your energy levels erratic; then this workshop is for you. This is equally beneficial for males and females on a physical, mental and emotional levels and is suitable for all levels of fitness and ages. After the workshop, you can expect to feel calmer, as we access a more relaxed parasympathetic nervous system; more grounded and at peace, as we sit with ourselves and get connected, and a lovely feeling of being stretched out in your own skin as fascia releases.

This family yoga class will celebrate the wonderful wizarding world of Harry Potter!
We’ll act out the story of the Sorcerer’s Stone in yoga poses beginning with Happy Baby Harry and Lighting Warrior. Grab your invitation to Hogwarts, Ride on the Hogwarts Express train through the mountains. Which house will you be sorted into? Are you a brave Gryffindor Lion or a wise Ravenclaw Eagle? We’ll learn how to ride a broom and use our magic wands to levitate our family members and much more!
Bring a sense of adventure, and perhaps a wand or magical cape if you have one!

Past Life Regression Workshop

This workshop is presented by Lindsey Sass, Director of The NJ Healing Center, she is natural clairvoyant guide, medium, healer, and spiritual teacher and a nationally Certified Hypnotist with a degree in Psychology. Lindsey was struck by lightning and had a near death experience that altered her life. Since the lightning strike she has become clairvoyant and intuitive. She has developed a special ability to connect her clients to the light and love from their deceased loved one. Her other specialty is to guide people on their life paths, connecting her clients to their power, gifts and talents. She has created a specific technique to help her clients heal from the loss of their loved one and to own their natural gifts. Many have expressed their session to be profoundly healing as they connect to a feeling of calm and peace, filled with messages of hope. Lindsey is featured in a documentary called The Path, Out of the Blue by John Friedman, Spirit Lives by Dr. John Muchacha and Women's World Magazine.
Learn to understand yourself better by connecting with your past life. Realize and awaken talents, abilities, resolve unrequited romances, bring awareness to your present relationships, release old patterns that may be blocking you from moving forward. Deepen your spiritual path of awareness. Understand your fears or desires from within which are unexplainable.
Students will be guided through two inner journeys:
1) to awaken their senses
2) Short version of a Past Life.
Sharing after each exercise will be a part of deepening and understanding of oneself. Receive insight from Lindsey's clairvoyant abilities.
